Viet Nam Expresses Gratitude for Russian Support
Deputy Director Nguyen Truong Son expressed deep gratitude to Russia for its prompt and generous assistance. He stated that the humanitarian supplies would be immediately distributed to provincial authorities to ensure fair and efficient delivery to those in greatest need.

A Testament to Enduring Friendship
Russia’s assistance highlights the enduring diplomatic partnership between Moscow and Ha Noi. Over the years, the two countries have deepened cooperation in energy, education, defense, and humanitarian aid. This latest support demonstrates mutual trust and shared values of respect and solidarity.
