ACC Grows Its Leadership in State Advocacy
The American Chemistry Council has named Jack Quinn as its new Vice President. He will be in charge of state affairs and efforts to get people involved in politics across the country. Washington confirmed the appointment on February 4, 2026.

Quinn worked at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals before joining ACC. He was in charge of Stakeholder Development and State Government Affairs. He was in charge of policy strategy in all 50 states.
Before joining Cambia Health Solutions and ExxonMobil, Quinn held high-level positions. He also worked for Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Sanofi, Allergan, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals. These jobs included leading state legislative strategies and advocacy teams.
Background in Public Service
Quinn was a member of the New York State Assembly for 6 years. During his time in office, he was in charge of the 146th District. Judiciary, Health, and Higher Education leadership roles were among the committee assignments.
