Taiwan and Poland Formalize Economic Collaboration Agreement

The signing happened at the 13th Taiwan-Poland Economic and Trade Consultation Conference, a gathering put together by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. This year’s event saw Taiwan field its biggest delegation to date, over 100 delegates.
Officials hailed the occasion as a significant step forward for Taiwan’s growing relationships in Central Europe. The focus is on bolstering supply chain resilience and fostering reciprocal market access.
Focus On Innovation And Technology Cooperation
The document places a premium on critical sectors, including semiconductors, renewable energy, and information technology. Both administrations reiterated their commitment to fostering innovation via small and medium-sized firms.

Poland Emerges As Key Partner For Taiwan In Europe
The Ministry of Economic Affairs reports that Poland ranks as Taiwan’s sixth most significant commercial partner inside the European Union. In 2024, bilateral trade hit the $2.07 billion mark.
Taiwan’s investments in Poland had approached $98.85 million. Conversely, Polish investments in Taiwan totaled $814,000 by September 2025, a sign of increasing mutual trust.
Partnership Strengthens Europe-Asia Economic Links
Officials said that the agreement will further entwine Taiwan’s economy with Europe’s supply chains. Both parties are striving for trade policies that are transparent, sustainable, and fueled by innovation.
