Pride Health Gains Investor Confidence for Inclusive Healthcare Growth

Pride Health, which is located in Bangkok, said it has raised $300,000 in pre-seed investment to improve access to digital healthcare for LGBTQ+ people in Asia. A2D Ventures led the round, and Enterprise Singapore, First Move, and depa’s Digital Startup Fund also took part.

The investment shows that people are becoming more confident in health technology solutions that are meant for people who don’t have enough access to them. Pride Health stated that the extra money will speed up its plans to grow and make its own AI-driven healthcare system better.

Expansion Plans Focus On Accessibility And Regional Reach

Pride Health wants to grow its business beyond Thailand and into Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. The firm will utilize the money it gets to get more users and offer telehealth services in different areas.

Bruce Li, the company’s co-founder and CEO, said that the company’s goal is to remove obstacles that make it hard for LGBTQ+ people to get safe and affirming medical treatment. He stressed that their objective is still centered on diversity and digital privacy.

Innovative Platform Blends AI, Telehealth, and Preventive Care

Teleconsultations, diagnostics, e-commerce, and biometric tracking are just a few of the digital services that the Pride Health platform brings together. Patients can schedule online appointments with credentialed professionals who are familiar with the health requirements of LGBTQ+ people.

Personalized healthcare programs for mental, sexual, and gender-affirming health are made possible by AI. Subscription models also provide you access to frequent biomarker monitoring, which helps you take charge of your health and get patients involved.

LGBTQ+ Barriers Highlight Need for Digital Health Solutions

Studies indicate that more than 70% of LGBTQ+ persons in Asia encounter stigma when pursuing medical treatment. Many people say that inexperienced healthcare workers have refused to help them or treated them badly.

About 8% to 10% of people in Thailand identify as LGBTQ+, which shows how badly culturally competent treatment is needed. Pride Health’s platform tries to fill that gap with easy-to-use digital tools and assistance that comes from understanding.

Strong Early Adoption Reflects Demand for Affirming Care

Pride Health has helped more than 1,800 people since it started in March 2025. The firm said that 54% of its customers came back, which suggests that people are starting to trust its clinical and technology services more.

Most of the reaction from users has been quite favorable, with many complimenting the platform’s privacy protections and welcoming attitude. The early success of Pride Health shows that the LGBTQ+ community is ready for specialized telehealth.

Investors Endorse Pride Health’s Inclusive Mission

Ankit Upadhyay, co-founder of A2D Ventures, said he was excited by the company’s dedication to providing care that is easy to get and kind. He noted that Pride Health’s new ideas mix compassion with efficiency, changing how healthcare is delivered throughout the whole area.

All of the investors agreed that a person’s identification should never affect the quality or availability of healthcare. They think that the startup’s AI-powered solution can help bridge big disparities in equity in Asia’s digital health scene.

Pride Health Builds Future Of Safe, Judgment-Free Healthcare

Bruce Li, the CEO, said again that Pride Health’s objective is to treat all patients with respect and include them. He noted that the company’s goal is to offer treatment that is creative and doesn’t judge anyone and that respects each person’s health journey.

Pride Health wants to be the 1st to create a new paradigm of digital health that combines tailored therapy with fairness. The firm wants to make Asia’s LGBTQ+ community healthier and more welcoming in the future via technology, community, and kindness.
